Ordered an impact gun and got nothing but a tracking number

I ordered an impact gun for auto repairs back in March. They gave me a tracking number 17196253764 and said it was shipped. The merchant email was [email protected] and they said they were an AMAZON PAY ACCOUNT.

It's been almost three months now. Every time I try to check the tracking or contact them about my order, nothing works. I never got the product. I'm out $48.98 and have nothing to show for it. They just stopped replying.
