Email about remote job openings from M1 Teck

I got an email from someone at M1 Teck saying they reviewed my application and thought I'd be a good fit for a couple remote positions. One was a Remote Java Developer and the other was a Remote Virtual Assistant. I don't remember applying to this company at all.

The email came from [email protected] and it was asking me to reply to confirm my availability for an interview. It says a recruitment team member will send me the details after I respond. Something about it just feels off.

I looked at the website m1teckinc.com and I'm not really sure what to make of it. I didn't lose any money but I wanted to put this out there because the whole thing seems strange. Just a heads up for anyone else who gets one of these.
