Ordered a mini excavator from this site and lost $4,500

I found machinerychains.com online and ordered a RIPPA R32 mini excavator, the 3.2 ton one with the Kubota engine. It was listed at $4,500 and came with 12 free attachments. Seemed like a good deal at the time so I went ahead and paid.

After I sent the money I tried reaching out to them at [email protected] but never got a real answer back. The address they list is 2522 S Malt Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90040 and the phone number is (386) 351-0954. I've tried calling too and nothing.

I'm out $4,500 and no excavator, no attachments, nothing. Just want to warn other people before they send money to this site.
