Ordered clothes and package never showed up

I placed my order for clothes from this website on June 7, 2026. I sent several emails asking about my purchase and they told me it was just taking longer than normal in shipping. So I waited and asked again, and that's when they said the package was delivered.

But when I tracked the order myself it wasn't delivered at all. It said it didn't have the proper postage so it will not be delivered. I spent $180.78 on this. I emailed them at [email protected] but I'm not getting anywhere. The website is madebyusaveterns.com. This just doesn't make sense to me.
