Voicemail about a personal financing option I never asked for

I got a voicemail from someone named Madison Espinoza. She was talking about a personal financing option and said based on my preapproval I might qualify for up to $51,000. I never applied for anything like that so I don't know where this came from.

She left a number to call back, 833-662-5734. She said she just needs to confirm a few details. She mentioned rates starting around 5.7% and payments around $820 a month.

The number she called from was (804) 656-4870. I didn't call back. Just seems like a phishing thing since I never signed up for any of this.
