Ordered from Madison May and got a bag with no label

I ordered something from this Madison May website. The product finally showed up but it was late and there was no labeling or any kind of content info on it. I thought that was unlawful in the US? The quality is horrible and it doesn't look anything like the description.

Their refund policy is a scam too. I just went ahead and reported it to my credit card company and they gave me my money back. I paid 47 dollars for this. Just a heads up about this site.
