Ordered online and tracking number doesn't exist
I emailed them at [email protected] and they said it was delivered to my house. But the tracking they gave me says it went to a different state than the one on my order. That didn't make any sense. They told me to go ask my neighbors if they got it. But how would my neighbors have it if the package went to another state?
Now I can't get a real person to answer me. Just automated stuff or nothing. The money is gone and no package.
