Website said Canada but the product was not what they promised

I ordered from maisonbelle-toronto.com and they made it seem like they were located in Canada. The product quality was not what they showed either. When I tried to return it, the process was nothing like what was described on their website or in my order confirmation.

Before buying I looked them up online and the reviews were all positive. Now I think those reviews were fake. I lost $79.95 on this.

I just want other people to know so they don't make the same mistake. And hopefully real reviews can actually be found somewhere.
