Ad showed moving galaxy but got paper cutouts instead

I bought a 5D Next Gen Ai Story Projector from Maitheray.com. The ad showed motion galaxy and ocean projections in 5D. I paid $43.97 for what I thought was going to be a moving galaxy. What I got was 3 dome lights with stencil cutouts of stars and moons. Nothing near what was advertised.

I sent 2 emails asking for refund directions like their website refund policy says. I still have not heard back from the company. My invoice with order #******** says AI 5D IMMERSIVE WORLD but that's not what this is. I wish I could upload more than one picture to show both what they advertised and what I actually got.

I am going to send a picture of the inside of the dome that shows it's just star and moon cutouts. No galaxy. If you go to their site you have to type in galaxy in the search bar to even find the product.
