Language app mispronounces Italian and won't give full refund

I signed up for MakesYouFluent.com because their website said there was a 30-day trial. The app claims it will "Refine Your Pronunciation" but their AI bot mispronounced a lot of the Italian like it was English. Way wrong. A teaching app that teaches the wrong pronunciation is not something I would pay for or even use for free.

I asked for a full refund the very same day I signed up. They only offered me a partial refund and said I could keep using the app for the rest of the month. Why would I do that? The whole point was to learn correct pronunciation.

I lost $19.99 on this. Their address is in Vilnius but that doesn't matter much. I just want my money back.
