Creative writing course canceled and no refund from Mangates
The day of the course comes and they call me saying the instructor called in sick and it needs to be rescheduled. That's when I decided I just wanted my money back. I paid $726.65 for this. I emailed them at [email protected] and called the number 1(469) 666-9332. Their website is mangates.online. I never got a reply. Nothing. They just took my money and went silent. I'm pretty sure they're not even in Houston where they claim, probably somewhere in India honestly.
