Bought pants that were way too small from Manzaset

I ordered pants from Manzaset that were supposed to be my size but they came way too small. Their site says guaranteed return policy so I figured it would be easy to send them back.

But when I tried to return them they said I had to pay $25 to ship them back or they would only give me 10% back. That's not what guaranteed return means to me. I spent $66.02 total and now I'm stuck either paying more money or getting almost nothing back.

I emailed [email protected] about it and it just doesn't make sense. The pants don't even fit and I'm the one who has to pay to fix their mistake.

Ordered pants online and never got them

I ordered pants online from manzaset and never received them. I emailed customer service and never got a response back other than due to high volume of emails, would get back with you. Still never heard from them. Lost $34.00. The phone number was 1(828) 748-1980 and the email was [email protected].

Wrong size from Manzaset and they want me to pay return shipping

I ordered from manzaset.com and got the wrong size. When I tried to get it fixed they said they would give me 30% back but only if I ship it back to Vietnam myself. That means I pay for shipping out of my own pocket. So I lose money either way. Their email is [email protected] but that didn't help at all. I just wanted the right size or my money back.
