Pants came in wrong size after a long wait
I waited a long time for them to look into whose fault it was. Then they offered me a 50% refund and said I could keep the pants. After that they said I could get a full refund if I return the pants. But that would come out to about the same, around half, once you deal with sending them back. My Paypal is tied to my checking so it was like writing a check and the bank is helpless.
They are crooks no doubt.
Pants came in wrong size and they keep offering small refunds
Since then there have been 10+ emails back and forth. They offered me 10%, 15%, then 20% back to just keep the pants, which I have no use for. They told me to keep them, give them away, or donate them. I don't want any of those offers.
The company address is 1942 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80302. But they told me I could ship the pants to Vietnam at my own expense, and said international shipping is expensive, and that they would consider refunding my original cost. I have all the emails saved but I don't know how to save them so I can send them.
Ad for pants showed something totally different than what came
When the package finally showed up, it was just four pairs of these super thin nylon pants with an elastic waist. They fit terrible and looked nothing like the ad. All of them were just wadded up inside a plastic mailing bag. No packaging, no tags with sizes, nothing. Just cheap pants stuffed in there.
Their site says they have a 45 day return policy but I keep getting the run around. First they asked for photos of the pants and the mailing label, which I sent. Then they came back asking for pictures of the product packaging with the size info. But there is no packaging. Now they are asking me to take photos with a tape measure showing the dimensions. It just doesn't make sense and I feel like they are stalling so I give up.
Pants from manzaset.com are not what they showed online
When the package showed up, the pants were way too small. They were this cheap polyester ripstop material and it was obvious they came straight from China. I emailed their customer service and a person named Sophia said I could send them another $50 for replacements or they would give me 10% back and I could keep the pants. I can't even wear them so that didn't help. It's clear the product in the ads is not what they ship you.
