Mobile mechanic never showed up and now they want more money

I found a mobile mechanic on Facebook called Marcus Auto to fix my 2011 Chevy Impala. We set up an appointment for 10/3 at 8am at my apartment. Marcus told me he was on his way and would be there in 40 minutes, by 9:10am. I sat outside with my car until 11am and he never showed up.

He messaged me about an hour later saying "something bad came up" so I asked for a refund. He told me all refunds go through his manager Kenneth. Then they told me I had to pay an $80 payment slip fee to get my money back. I sent the $80 even though I had a bad feeling about it.

Kenneth sent it to the wrong person and then said I need to pay $300 more to get my $959 back. Everything went through Chime. I'm not paying them anything else and they won't give me my money back until I do. His number is 917-765-0528.
