Dresses not as described and no real refund offered
The website said "Money back guarantee" so I tried to return them right away. But they wouldn't give me the full refund. They offered me a percentage of my total and told me to keep the dresses. I kept pushing and they said I could mail them back to an address in China and "if approved" I might get my money back.
I couldn't talk to anyone, it was obviously AI. They kept pushing store credit and didn't even want the dresses back. I lost $124.90 on this. I finally just took the store credit and cancelled my card.
