Text about Spectrum debt I do not owe

I got a text saying Mario, Harris & Harris is a debt collector for Charter Comms (Spectrum). It said pay only 90% of your balance and that they are not obligated to renew this offer. There was a link to pay-hh.com and a phone number 844-908-0174. Also some terms link at hhcollect.co/Harris and STOP to optout.

I called Spectrum and I have never owed them any money. So I don't know where this debt is even coming from. No one could tell me anything about it.

I never had an account that was past due with them. This just doesn't make sense to me.
