Apartment listing scam on apartments.com with fake agent
Something felt off so I called the actual listing agent and the realty company they were pretending to be. Both said it wasn't them and they had nothing to do with it. The scammer was using the email [email protected] and claimed to be in Dallas, TX. I didn't lose any money but this whole thing was stressful.
