Package came from CA with a label pasted over another label

I ordered something from this website Marlene and what arrived was not what was shown or described. The items were much smaller than pictured. The package came from 19750 Magellan Drive, Torrance, CA 90502 with a USPS label. When I looked closer, the label was pasted on top of another label. I paid $179.00 for this. I emailed them and got no response at all. I'm letting my credit card company know about this.
