Advertised hand carved but got tiny plastic one from China

They advertised hand carved bird houses from North Carolina. What I got was this really small plastic bird house, clearly plastic molded and it came from China. Cost me $178 total.

To get a refund they said I have to send the item back to Hong Kong and pay the shipping myself which is crazy expensive. And on top of that they only give you 25% back. This is a total scam.
