Paid for hand carved birdhouse got cheap plastic instead
Also, the site said I would be charged $127.84 but when I looked at my bank statement they charged me $159.80. That's almost $32 more than what I agreed to. I didn't get any explanation for the extra charge. Just a cheap piece of plastic and a higher bill than expected.
Ordered a wooden flag and got a styrofoam picture instead
What showed up in the mail was a piece of styrofoam board with a picture printed on it. Not even close to wood. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number on the site is 1(720) 696-4897. Address just says NV, USA. I tried reaching out but no reply. Just a total waste of money.
