Website said hand carved wood but it's plastic
What I got is entirely plastic. Just a cheap copy of the original hand made product. Nothing like what was described.
I sent an email about it and they offered me a discount or said I could pay the return shipping to China if I wanted a refund. So now I'm out $39.95 and stuck with a plastic piece of junk. Horrible scam.
Ordered two birdhouses but got something different
I contacted them about it and they told me I have to mail it back to Hong Kong and pay for the shipping myself. That makes no sense since I didn't order the wrong thing. They only offered me a 25% refund which is not fair.

Website took my money and never sent anything
Birdhouse from Facebook was resin not wood
The address on it was 5215 South Boyle Avenue Building 2, Los Angeles, CA 90058. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number is (724) 865-6422. I paid $39 for this.
It's just not what was described. I wanted a real wooden birdhouse, not something plastic made in a mold.
Ad on UTUBE about handmade birdhouses never arrived
We never got anything from this company. No birdhouses, no notification that they shipped, nothing. After looking at complaints from other people I feel like we got scammed.
Ordered a 66 inch steel eagle and got a 14 inch plastic cutout
What actually showed up was two plastic cutouts about 14 inches tall. Just shaped and painted to look like an eagle. Nothing steel, nothing close to 66 inches.
I emailed them to get my money back and they told me I can ship the items back to Hong Kong at my own expense, or they would refund me 25%. I paid $123 for something that was described completely different from what I got.
Website said handmade assembled goods but it came in pieces
I can't even tell if I got all the pieces. Paid $95 for this. There's no way to send it back since there's no return address. It's just sitting here in a pile.
Ordered a wooden bird house and got cheap plastic instead
What showed up was a plastic version of it. Not wood at all. Just a cheap plastic copy that looked nothing like the pictures on the site.

I've tried contacting the company multiple times. Only heard back twice. They told me I have to pay to mail the birdhouses to Hong Kong. That's expensive and there was also a discrepancy in the address they gave me to mail them back to.
Haven't heard anything from them since.
Website said handmade US goods but got cheap Chinese stuff
I tried to get my money back and they said they would only refund up to 25% of the value if I ship the stuff to a Chinese address. That makes no sense. The order actually shipped from a California address and the company looks like it's based in the UK. Nothing adds up.

Flag advertised as wood arrived printed on foam board
Well, what showed up at my door was a blurry picture of that flag printed on a piece of foam board. Just a flat print. Not wood at all.
I emailed them about it and they told me I had to ship it back to an address in Hong Kong, at my own expense. And if I didn't want to do that, they'd only give me 25% of my money back. I paid almost $50 for this thing. Now they won't even answer my emails.
So they send me something that's not what they advertised, and then want me to pay to send it back? That's just a bait and switch. I don't know what else to call it.

Also, the site said I would be charged $127.84 but when I looked at my bank statement they charged me $159.80. That's almost $32 more than what I agreed to. I didn't get any explanation for the extra charge. Just a cheap piece of plastic and a higher bill than expected.

What showed up in the mail was a piece of styrofoam board with a picture printed on it. Not even close to wood. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number on the site is 1(720) 696-4897. Address just says NV, USA. I tried reaching out but no reply. Just a total waste of money.
