Ordered a wooden birdhouse and got a plastic one
I paid $39.95 for it. The picture on the site is bottom lit so you can tell it's plastic. I saw other people already reported the same thing.

Ordered a wooden flag and got broken styrofoam instead
When the package finally showed up, I opened it and couldn't believe it. It wasn't wood at all. It was a piece of styrofoam shaped like a flag, and it was broken into several pieces. Just completely shattered. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but I haven't heard anything back. The phone number on the site is (299) 505-2887 but I'm not even sure that's a real number. I just want my money back for this thing. It's not even close to what I ordered.
Birdhouse came as plastic when site said hand-carved wood
What showed up was a plastic replica. It was also about half the size of what the pictures showed. You could tell right away it wasn't carved. The whole thing about Amos retiring and the advertising just seems fake now. I was really hoping to give this to my wife as a gift, but there's no way I can pass this off as real carved work.

Fabric print instead of hand-quilted item from Marlow Market
What showed up was just a fabric print of her design. You can literally see the weave of the fabric inside the pattern where the quilting should be. It’s not hand-quilted at all. I paid $69.90 for this.
I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. Their website is still up though, marlowmarketco.com, and their address just says TX, USA. I just want my money back.
Fake birdhouses arrived plastic not wood
When the package came, they were plastic. Not wood at all. I started trying to return them right away. They were mailed to me from Illinois, but they told me I had to send them back to Hong Kong. And even then I would only get a 35% refund. That didn't make any sense to me.
Their return policy says they give you a free shipping label but they never offered me one. I emailed them at [email protected] and got nowhere. Just stuck with these plastic birdhouses.
Ordered carved birdhouses but got plastic ones instead
When I contacted them for a return I was told "the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Furthermore, according to our company's current policy, a 35% refund is the maximum amount that can be granted." Even though I was misled and certainly did not receive 3 hand carved items and I sent a photo of the AD AND a photo of their return policy which said nothing about paying for shipping OR a max refund. It's a total scam. Their website is themarlowmarket.com and email is [email protected]. I lost $134.85 on this.
Wooden birdhouses arrived but they were plastic
When the package finally came I opened it up and both birdhouses were exactly the same. They were plastic. Not wood at all. Just cheap plastic made to look like wood. I was pretty upset.
The return instructions said I had to ship them to some address in Guangzhou, China. That seemed weird. Also before the package even got to me, this person claiming to be the woodcarver texted me trying to sell me more birdhouses. That didn't make any sense either.
