Broken plastic flag sold as hand carved wood
I contacted them about it and also questioned the whole story behind the product. Janet from Marlow Market told me I have to pay return shipping to Hong Kong myself. And the most they would refund is 35%. But their website clearly says 30-day money back guarantee. I pointed that out and she just would not budge.
I already disputed the charge with my credit card company. I also uploaded screenshots from their website and a photo of the broken plastic flag they sent me. Just wanted to report this so others know they are not being truthful about what they sell.
