Paid for carved flags got foam instead

I bought 2 handcarved USA flags from MarlowMarket Company's website. They were supposed to be made from barnwood. I paid 80.00 for them. When they showed up I was surprised to see they were just foam and cardboard. Not even close to what was pictured.

I tried to get a refund and they won't answer my emails now. The first time they did reply they told me I had to ship the flags back to Hong Kong on my own dime. Or I could take a 25% refund. That's crazy for their false advertising. I'm going to have to call my bank and try to dispute the charge. Don't fall for this scam.
