Painted shirt instead of hand embroidered from MarlowMarketCo

I ordered from MarlowMarketCo and the product was described as hand embroidered. What I got was painted, not embroidered at all. When I tried to return it they said I had to ship it to Hong Kong at my own cost. I did that, followed their instructions exactly. Then they refused to refund the full amount. I paid $95 and just want my money back.

Ordered wood birdhouses got cheap plastic instead

I ordered 3 authentic hand carved solid oak wood Amos Hensley birdhouses from their website Marlowmarketco. The ad said they were made in Bakersville, NC and had rave reviews from people in both NC and VA.

What showed up was 3 very tacky small plastic birdhouses. Not even close to what was pictured or described.

I tried to return them but their return policy is a scam. Total money lost was $116. I tried emailing [email protected] but no luck. The phone number on the site is 1(724) 865-6422 but I dont even know if thats real.
