Online dress order from May still has no shipping info

I ordered a dress online from Marmalade back on May 25. It was supposed to take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. When July came and I still hadn't gotten it, I contacted the company. They were really responsive at first and told me the dress was in process.

After that it was just excuse after excuse. They assured me numerous times they would get back to me with shipping information. I have all the emails documented. Every time I'd get another promise of shipping info and nothing.

To this day I still have no shipping information, just false promises. I'm out $157.
