Call saying my husband had a summons from the county

I got a call asking for my husband. The guy said he had a summons and was retained by the county. He said he was going to my husband's place of employment this afternoon if he didn't hear from him. He called from 208-906-3135, which doesn't seem like a good number.

He said he was retained by Martelli and Associates and gave me their phone number 844-781-4428. I did not call it. I'm sure if I did they would want money.
