Dentures order never showed up from martviva

I ordered some dentures from martviva.com and paid $25 for them. They got my order on July 27th and the site said it would be delivered in 30 days. I got a tracking update that said it was in Seattle on the 17th, but that was it. Today is August 20th and still nothing.

I have not received my order at all. I just want my money back or the product. It's been almost a month now and no updates.
