Ordered handmade baskets from North Carolina, got cheap polyester ones from Hong Kong
When I tried to email them I got a reply saying I could get a full refund if I shipped the baskets back to Hong Kong. I checked the shipping cost to Hong Kong and it was almost the whole price I paid for the baskets.
So basically they want me to pay to return something that wasn’t what I ordered. I paid about $150 for this. Their website was Craft-folk.com and the email came from some Shopify address.
