Website looked high end but sent me the wrong shoes
About a week later, they showed up in this really cheap bag that was basically held together with duct tape. The shoes inside were not what I ordered at all, and the quality was terrible. I sent them pictures of what I ordered versus what I got, and they came back saying I did receive the correct shoes. Are they blind? It's clearly not the same shoe.
Their customer service is awful. Now they want me to pay to ship the wrong shoes back because that's their policy. That's like $50! I've been going back and forth with them for over a month now. I told them I'd understand the policy if they sent the right thing, but they didn't. Three times now they've said someone would contact me after they "review" everything, and nobody ever does. I'm just going to dispute the charge with my bank at this point.
