Dryer vent cleaning price jumped from $79 to $300
When the technicians got to my house, they told me the $79 only covers a two minute attempt at cleaning. They said the actual service would start at $300. That was not what the website said at all. I tried to look up their reviews after that and there is no Google Review page for them or even a Yelp page. Their TrustPilot is rated 1.3, not 5 stars.
They said I still had to pay a $50 service charge even though they didn't really do anything. I didn't pay them the $300 but I felt like I had no choice but to give them the $50 just to get them to leave. The whole thing feels like a bait and switch.
