Played their sweepstakes game and never got paid out

I played a sweepstakes game on their site, Match2Win. It took forever but I finally made enough points or whatever to cash out. I did everything they asked and waited the 7-14 business days they said it would take.

After that time went by, I contacted them and they said it would be another 1-2 working days. So I waited again. But then they just stopped answering my messages. No payment ever showed up. I put in all that time for nothing. They are in CA, USA but that doesn't help me get my money.
