Call saying I owe a payday loan I never took out

I got a call from this guy Matthew Young. He said the message was for Todd, which is not my name. He was calling about a delinquent account in their office and said it was the second time they tried reaching me. He kept saying it was imperative I call them back at 866-417-0523.

I did call back because I was confused. They said it was for a payday loan, but I never took out any payday loan. I asked them to show me proof of the original debt and they wouldn't give me anything. They just kept pushing for me to pay. They wanted $700. I told them I wasn't paying for something I didn't owe and they had no proof. They didn't care. Just kept saying I needed to take care of it.

I never got any paperwork or anything in the mail. Just this phone call. I don't know how they got my number. I'm not paying it.
