Customer service mail bounced back & no response via phone for a return
I emailed them twice using the address on their website: https://mayberryway.com/ Both times it bounced back saying the email doesn't exist. I called them and got a recording saying "no one is available to take your call" and then it disconnected.
They are a total sham.
Clothing item looked nothing like the website photos
Their site says they're in North Carolina and they guarantee returns if you're not satisfied. So I emailed them about returning it. They told me I could either keep the item and they'd refund 10% ($6.50) of the $64.94 I paid, or I could ship it back to a warehouse in China and pay for all the shipping, taxes, tariffs, whatever else. I replied saying that wasn't acceptable and didn't match their website policy. They just sent back the same exact message again.
I don't really expect to get this resolved, honestly. I just wanted to put it on record that what they're doing feels like deceptive business practices to me.
