Website showed him hammering a horseshoe but I got plastic

I ordered a horseshoe wind chime from the Jordan Maynard website. The pictures show Jordan, the disabled veteran, hammering away on a horseshoe so you think he is actually molding a real horseshoe into a heart shaped wind chime. That is what I thought I was paying for.

What I got was made out of plastic. When I contacted customer service they told me it is made out of "soft metal." Soft metal or not, it was a two piece bit of crap with the worst chimes I have ever heard.

I paid $13.00 for this. The whole thing feels like a counterfeit product compared to what the website shows.

Website sent plastic item not the horseshoe I ordered

I ordered what was supposed to be an actual horseshoe from maynardhandmade.com. What I got was plastic. It's not what they described at all.

I've emailed [email protected] back and forth about this. Every time I ask for a return label they just send me a tracking number instead. I paid $79.35 for this.

It's been going on like this and I just want to send it back but they won't give me a return label.
