Ordered wind chimes from vet site, got cheap junk instead

I saw an ad on Facebook for these wind chimes, they were helping a Disabled Veteran so I figured why not. The website looked legit, it said Ecautious.com A+ rated and Veteran certified. They had pictures of Jordan Maynard and said they support US Disabled Vets. The chimes were supposed to be handmade out of horseshoes. So I ordered 2 of them, cost me 53 bucks.

Almost a month went by and nothing showed up. I emailed their customer support and got some weird area code number back, looks like it's in China. They gave me two bogus USPS tracking numbers. Finally the package shows up and it's total junk. Not handmade, not even horseshoe material, probably 3D printed. The string to hold it together isn't even leather like the pictures showed.

I asked for a refund and they said they'll only give me 30% back. This whole thing is a hoax using a disabled US Military Veteran as the ploy. Their site says purchase worry free, which is complete BS.
