Letter about car warranty with no return address

I got this letter in the mail claiming to be from Mazda of Wooster. It said I needed to get a Vehicle Service Contract before my Basic Limited Warranty runs out. They gave me a number to call, 1-888-280-2188, and a QR code to scan. There was also a customer ID number on it. It was signed by the "Management Team, Mazda of Wooster."

But the envelope was blank, no return address at all. The postage stamp corner said "Mailed from 63155 Permit 5497" which is Saint Louis, Missouri. That has nothing to do with Mazda of Wooster. Just seemed off. I didn't call or scan anything.
