Bought a 2023 Sierra and now nobody will answer me

I bought a 2023 Sierra from Mazed of Wesley Chapel on September 19. The address is 26944 Wesley Chapel Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544. Before I bought it they never told me about a few problems. There was a delay when starting the ignition, an abnormal noise on the right side when the truck is parked, and another abnormal noise from the left door when driving at high speeds. It also only came with one key. I was promised the second key by September 22.

The 22nd came and nobody would talk to me. All three of the staff members who helped me during the sale stopped answering my calls. I sent a bunch of messages too and got no reply from anyone.

At this point I just want to return the vehicle. I paid $40,000 and I feel like I was kept in the dark about all of this. I'm hoping your department can help me out. Thank you.
