Order canceled but still charged almost twenty dollars

I ordered something from MB Adsolar, their website. I think they are based in LA, USA. Anyway, the order got canceled. It just didn't go through or whatever.

But they still charged my card. It was for $19.99. I shouldn't have been charged anything if the order was canceled. I didn't get any product, so I don't know why they took my money. It's just sitting there on my statement. I want my money back.

Can't cancel a subscription I never wanted

I made a one-time order from MB Adsolar. Now they've got me on some subscription plan. I never signed up for that. I've tried to cancel it several times already. It's like $65 just came out of my account. I don't want this subscription. Every time I try to stop it, nothing happens. I just wanted the one order.
