Bought items on Minecraft server and lost them to a glitch

I bought some in-game items on this Minecraft server store.mc-complex.com. I paid $110 for them. The items showed up at first, then a so-called glitch made me lose everything I bought.

I opened a Discord ticket to get help and got nothing. No real answer, just threats. So now I'm out $110 and the items are gone too.
