Someone put a penny in my PayPal and now I owe seventy nine dollars

So I noticed this company called McClure Business Strategies put a deposit into my PayPal for .01 PHP on March 11th 2026. Then on March 31st it just got removed. I called PayPal about it and they did nothing. They kept telling me there was nothing there.

Now my account is showing a negative $79 and I keep getting nasty calls and emails about it. I tried talking to PayPal again today and got nowhere. They just said there is no negative amount and my account isn't locked. But it is. I can see it right there on my screen. How do I get them to see what I see and help fix this.

Got a weird PayPal deduction and deposit for one cent

I just saw a PayPal deduction and deposit for one cent from McClure Business Strategies. It was only a penny, but it's really strange. I don't know this company and I never signed up for anything with them.

Their email is [email protected]. I have no idea why they would have my PayPal or be taking any money, even if it's just a cent. It feels off and I don't want any more transactions from them.
