Bought equipment online and now they won’t answer the phone

I bought a piece of equipment online from these people. Talked to the guy on the phone, he sounded normal. He sent me pictures and a video of the equipment. Then they emailed me a purchase agreement and an invoice with wire transfer info. They kept giving me updates on the shipping process.

But it’s been sitting in the shipping status ever since. Now I can’t even log into the account I set up with them. And they won’t answer the phone at all. I lost $13,908.70. Their website is mcfarland-equipment.com and the phone number is (719) 304-5008.

Paid over eleven thousand for machinery and got blocked after asking about delivery

We talked to their salesperson and looked into the company before buying a piece of machinery. Communication was fine during and after the sale, no red flags at first.

But on the day it was supposed to arrive I called for the delivery time and my number was blocked. Called again the next day, they hung up and blocked me as soon as I gave my name. Tried a third time from a different number and they said the equipment would come later that afternoon. Nothing showed up. Called again and found out we were blocked a third time.

Total loss was $11,606.80. I already filed a claim with my bank and the attorney general and here. Next step is police reports.

Won an excavator bid online but never got it delivered

I bid on an excavator online and a few days later they said I won. They had me sign a contract and I sent it back with an invoice for a wire transfer to Wells Fargo in Denver CO.

After that it went into a processing period, then a shipping process for a few days, then it said in transit. They gave me a tracking number showing where it was. Mine was the last stop on the tracking which I guess was just to stall so the money would go through.

My excavator for $13,301 was never delivered. Do not buy from this place or any online auction site.

Paid twenty five thousand for farming equipment that never came

I saw this company McFarland Equipment online and they had farming equipment I needed. Their website was mcfarland-equipment.com and they had an address in Colorado Springs, CO. I called the number (719) 304-5008 and talked to someone. They seemed legit.

I sent them $25,000 for the equipment. That was the total I lost. After I paid they stopped answering my calls and emails. I emailed [email protected] and got nothing back. The company just doesn't exist. They scam people. I never got any equipment and now I'm out all that money.
