Letter about 13.6 million dollar inheritance from lawyer

I got this letter in the mail from a guy saying he's a lawyer named McKay. The postmark was from San Francisco but the address on it says Portland, Oregon which already didn't make sense to me. It's some weird thing about "Accidental Death Benefits" from one of his clients and he wants to split 13.6 million dollars with me.

He said I need to send him my bank info and wire details so he can transfer the money. Like why would a lawyer just give away millions to a stranger? I haven't lost any money yet but I'm worried someone might fall for this. The phone number is (437) 212-5021 and his email is [email protected]. I looked up the website www.mckayslawoffice.com and something seems off about the whole thing. Just wanted to report it so nobody gets tricked.
