Sent money for an engine and never got it

I needed an engine for my truck and they had one listed. We talked back and forth and they seemed legit. I even looked them up on Google before and everything seemed fine. They sent me a bill and I sent the money through Zelle, $1820 total.

After I sent the payment I never heard from them again. No engine, no tracking number, nothing. I tried calling the number (252) 491-1463 and emailing [email protected] but no reply.

Their website is mcnamaracar.com and the address they had was Raintree, Columbus, OH 43229. I don't know what else to do at this point.
