Med Pulse keeps sending me bills I do not owe
Now they sent another one, this time by fax. I have no idea why a company I've never dealt with is faxing me bills. There's an address on it, 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J in Dallas, TX, and a website med-pulse.net, but that doesn't mean anything to me.
I just want them to stop sending me these bills. I never owed them anything and I never will.
Fake invoice from Med Pulse came through our fax machine
Nobody here recognized the company though, so we started questioning whether the bill was even legit. We looked them up online and found out it was a scam.
The address on it was 9535 Forest Lane, Dallas, TX 75243 and the email was [email protected]. We didn't pay anything, luckily we caught it before that happened. Just want other businesses to know about this.
Fax invoice from Med Pulse for services we never use
We have never done business with Med Pulse. The invoice had an old address for our business on it too. When I looked them up online the search results immediately showed reports of attempted scam.
The fax has been uploaded. I reported this to Ecautious.com right away.

The invoice lists an address at 9535 Forest Lane, Suite 114J, Dallas, TX 75243. There's also a phone number on it, (800) 464-8315 and (610) 265-2772. The email and website are [email protected] and [email protected]. I looked them up and saw med-pulse.net too.
I didn't pay it. It's clearly fake. I just want to warn others about this.
Faxed invoice from Med Pulse looked real but was fake
The only reason we caught it is because the same company that handles our phones also handles our fax encryption, so we knew right away it was a scam. But someone not paying close attention could easily fall for this. A business with a less condensed billing department might just pay it without thinking twice.

There is no phone number or fax number anywhere on the invoice. Just their website, address and email. That alone made it obvious something was off.
I am sending the actual faxed invoice so it can be looked at.

It seemed like a scam so I looked up the name and address. Found a lot of reports of scams coming from that same address. Also saw someone had reported one on your site so I figured I'd report it too so people know this is still happening.

Got a bill for fax services we never used or heard of
The bill came from an address in Dallas, Texas, and has a website and phone number listed. It just doesn't make any sense. We didn't sign up for anything and we definitely didn't use their fax service for a whole year. Now we have this invoice to deal with for something we didn't do.

We have never done any business with this company at all. It's definitely not who we use for our faxing services. I don't know why they sent us this.

We are a funeral home business. We provide services to grieving families. We don't want this, we don't need it, and we don't have time for this mess. Stop faxing or contacting my business. I would appreciate you not contacting us ever again, or using our resources for this unsolicited mess. Get a real job and stop trying to scam people and their businesses.

We tried emailing the address on the invoice, [email protected], but never got any reply back. Nothing. We don't owe this money.
Got a fake fax invoice from Med Pulse for services we never used
The bill says it's from Med Pulse at 9535 Forst Lane, Suite 114J in Dallas, TX. I even noticed they misspelled "Forst" instead of Forest. We have never used this service. We've never even heard of this company before.
The contact info they gave was a phone number, (500) 464-8315, and a website, www.medpulse.app. The email was [email protected]. We don't owe them anything and this invoice is not legitimate.
