Fax from Dallas asking us to pay an invoice we never ordered
The fax came from an address in Dallas, TX. I looked them up and turns out this has been reported before.

I never ordered anything from these people. Never heard of them before this invoice showed up. We get real invoices from real suppliers all the time and this one just didn't match anything we use.

The charges were for a Secure Fax Routing & Encryption Annual Plan at $219.95, Fax number Spoofing Prevention for $149.95, and Automated Delivery Confirmation & Audit Log for $109.95. Grand total was $479.85.
We have never done business with this company. Not once. This needs to be shut down.

I don't know who these people are and I never agreed to any fax security service. They just sent a bill out of nowhere hoping I would pay it. I'm not paying it.

I have no idea who these people are. We never signed up for anything like this. The invoice has their website med-pulse.net and an address in Dallas, Texas. There's an email too, [email protected]. We didn't request any fax security assessment from anyone.
It just showed up on the fax like it was a normal bill. We're not paying it.

The strange part is it's not addressed to our business. It just says Accounts Payable - Office Administrator. No company name at all.
