Statement showing six claims I never asked for
They somehow got my Medicare number and used it to submit these claims. I don't know how they got my info, but it wasn't through me. I didn't call them, didn't sign anything, nothing. The statement just showed up and there it was.
I haven't lost any money out of pocket, but this is messing with my Medicare account and I don't like it. The phone number on the statement is (800) 695-5474 and the address is 5118 Park Ave Ste 323, Memphis, TN 38117. I didn't contact them because I don't trust it. Just want this looked into.
