Unsolicited vitamins in the mail with no way to contact them

I got a package in the mail with Mediterra Multi-Vitamins in it. I didn't order this. I never even heard of this company before.

I tried emailing [email protected] and got nothing back. So I called the number on the package, (323) 379-5341. The person who answered just told me to email them. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told "my manager is in a meeting". So I sent another email and got a bounce back saying that email isn't even active.

I looked up reviews online and everyone is saying the same thing, it's a scam. They have an address in Aurora, CO but I don't know what else to do.

Vitamins showed up that I never ordered

I got a package with vitamins I didn't order. I called the shipper and they told me to email [email protected]. They said no returns by phone and that they aren't affiliated with the company. They said I had to wait for an authorization code by email before I could send it back.

I've sent multiple emails and nobody ever replies. I checked my credit cards and there's no charge from them, which is weird. After looking into the Ecautious.com file I can see this is a scam. They have my name and address somehow. I buy my vitamins at Costco or Amazon, I have no memory of ordering anything from these people.

Kept sending vitamins I never ordered and charged my card

I got Mediterra vitamins in the mail two months in a row. I never ordered anything from them. Then I saw my credit card got charged for it. It was $400 total.

I don't know how they got my card info. The bottles came from their address in Aurora, CO. I tried calling the number on the site, (323) 379-5341, but it doesn't feel right. This is just not okay. I didn't sign up for this.
