Fax about an invoice I never signed up for

I got a fax at my office saying I have an invoice that needs to be paid by 9/16/2026. It's addressed to my small health care business and lists a price for 12 months of some service. But I never signed up for anything with these people.

The fax has their website www.medpulse.app and an address in Dallas, TX. I tried calling the number on it, (215) 967-8178, and also emailed [email protected] but haven't heard anything back that makes sense. They just keep saying the invoice is due.

I don't owe them anything. I never agreed to this. It feels like they're just sending fake bills hoping someone pays. I'm not paying it and wanted to put this out there so other small business owners don't get caught off guard by this.

Fax about an invoice I never ordered with no proof

We got a fax here, and it was asking us to pay an invoice for $479.85. The invoice number was INV-P89790 and it was dated 8/17/2026, due 9/16/2026. They even put an account number on there, mdpa682449.

I have no idea what this is for. We never ordered anything from them. The fax came from an address in Dallas, 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J, and the email on it was [email protected]. I didn't pay it, but it's just weird to get something like this out of the blue.

Invoice for services I never ordered from medpulse.app

Got an invoice from these people for services I never ordered. The email came from [email protected] and the website is www.medpulse.app. They have an address listed at 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J in Dallas, TX.

I didn't order anything from them. Never heard of this company before. The invoice just showed up. I called the number they had on it, (610) 265-2772, but I'm not sure what that was about. It just didn't make any sense to me. I didn't pay anything, but it's annoying to get bills for stuff you didn't buy.

Email about a bill I never signed up for

I got an email from [email protected] saying I owed them money for some kind of invoice. I have never used this service or bought anything from them. The email had an address in Dallas at 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J.

I don't know how they got my email. There was no proof I ever agreed to anything. I didn't lose any money because I didn't pay it, but it felt strange getting a bill for something I never ordered. I just ignored it.

Invoice for secure fax service I never ordered

I got a fax at my office. It had my correct fax number on it but the street address was wrong. It was addressed to accounts payable or office administrator. The invoice was for $358.80 for something called secure fax routing service for one year.

I never ordered any service like this. The website on the invoice is medpulse.app and their address says 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J in Dallas TX. They also have an email [email protected]. I have no idea who these people are or why they sent me a bill.

I didn't lose any money because I didn't pay it. But it feels like a fake invoice trying to get me to send money for something I never agreed to.

Fax about an invoice I never signed up for

I got a fax at my office saying I owed $358.80 for something called Secure fax routing Service- Annual plan and Delivery Confirmation Add on. I never ordered this or agreed to any of it. There was no phone number on the fax except the one listed as (800) 464-8315 and a website medpulse.app.

I tried looking into it but it just didn’t make sense. I didn’t sign anything or talk to anyone about this service. The fax just showed up out of nowhere saying I had to pay. I didn’t lose any money because I’m not paying it but I’m worried they might try to send it to collections or something. Their email is [email protected] if that helps.

Got a fax invoice for services we never ordered

I got a fax of an invoice from MedPulse for fax services. We're a municipal office and we don't use that kind of service, and we definitely never ordered anything from them.

The invoice came from their address at 9535 Forst Lane in Dallas. Their website says they do medical faxing, which makes no sense for us. The whole thing just felt off.

Got a fake invoice from a company I've never heard of

I got an invoice faxed over to me from some place called MedPulse. It was for $380.80. I have never seen this business before in my life. I have no record of doing any business with them, ever.

The invoice had all their info on it. An address on Forst Lane in Dallas, a phone number, a website www.medpulse.app, and an email [email protected]. But it's all fake. The whole thing is very obviously a scam.

I just don't know why they'd send this to me. I never ordered anything from them.

Got a fake invoice for a fax service I never ordered

I got this message from MedPulse. It was a summary of charges for a "secure fax routing service" annual plan and some delivery confirmation add-on. They listed one of our fax numbers in the description. They said it was for a 12-month period.

They want payment sent by ACH or EFT to Bank of America. The routing number is 111000025 and the account number is 488123752446. The contact info they gave is a phone number (800) 464-8315, the website www.medpulse.app, and an email [email protected]. The address is 9535 Forst Lane Suite 114J in Dallas, TX.

I never ordered any service from them. This is just a fake invoice out of nowhere.

Got a faxed invoice for a service we never signed up for

Got a weird fax invoice for a service we never ordered
