Invoice for fax service I never ordered from MedPulse

I got an email invoice dated 08/17/2026 for my business fax number. It was for "Secure Fax Routing & Encryption - Annual Plan", "Fax Number Spoofing Preventions", and "Automated Delivery Confirmation & Audit Log". The total due was $479.85 and they wanted me to mail a check with a remittance stub.

The thing is, I've never heard of this company and I definitely never signed up for any fax service with them. Also, they sent it to an old address of mine that I moved out of about a year and a half ago. So they had my info but not even my current address. Just seems off. The invoice had their address as 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J, Dallas, TX 75243 and email [email protected]. I'm not sending them anything.
