Package said delivered but never showed up
I emailed the company to tell them I didn't receive my order. Not much help with them. All they would say is how sorry they are. They told me I could reorder but I'd have to pay a shipping fee, and the item I ordered was out of stock. Not sure why they asked me if I wanted to reorder if it was out of stock. They also kept saying I would only be refunded $15.00.
I'm still sending emails and getting the run around with this company. How can I get my refund even if it's just a portion of what I paid. Thanks
Order said delivered but nothing showed up on camera
I tried reaching out to them through the contact page on their site and also sent an email to [email protected] but I haven't gotten any reply back. Just stuck with no clothes and out the money.
